Mohamad Arifin Soedjayana

COMMISSIONER

Mohamad Arifin Soedjayana has served as Commissioner of PT MUJ Energi Indonesia since January 2024. He was also appointed as Commissioner of PT Agro Jabar in June 2024. Previously, he served as Head of the Food Security and Livestock Agency of West Java Province from January 2021 to July 2024. He was also entrusted as President Commissioner of PT Bandarudara Internasional Jawa Barat from October 2018 to October 2021.

Throughout his career in the West Java Provincial Government, he has held various strategic positions since 1991, including Head of the Industry and Trade Agency (2018–2021), Head of the Economic Facilities and BUMD Bureau (2016–2018), and Head of the Development Administration Bureau (2013–2014).

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from STIE YPKP in 1988 and completed his Master’s degree in Management at Padjadjaran University in 2003.

Ryan Alfian Noor

DIRECTOR

Ryan Alfian Noor was appointed President Director of PT MUJ Energi Indonesia in June 2022. Previously, he served as President Director of PT Migas Hulu Jabar ONWJ from May 2017 to June 2022. Mr. Noor’s extensive experience also includes roles as Director of Engineering and Business Development at PT. Migas Hulu Jabar (2016-2017), Commissioner of PT. Energi Negeri Mandiri (2017), and Chairman of the Investment Committee at PT Migas Hulu Jabar (2019).

He also gained valuable experience as General Manager at PT. Benuo Taka Wailawi, overseeing the Wailawi Working Area from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Noor earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering from ITB in 2011 with Cum Laude honors, and a Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC PARIS in 2023.
